HGC's Technical Resources & Capabilities include:

• Technical expertise from an engineering staff with years of experience
• Extensive use of CAD/CAM systems for part design
• Available pre-visualization of product with 3D models, before a prototype is even made
• Used in combination with a 3D CAD system or finite element analysis program, product fit and failure can be predicted (HGC is currently in the process of acquiring more of these capabilities as we expand our facilities)
• Nesting capability through programmable CNC machines that can eliminate waste by manufacturing parts the most efficient way possible
