Die-cut HGC produces tens of thousands of die cut gaskets daily. These gaskets are cut using hundreds of various materials to ensure that each gasket accomplishes the job for which it was intended.

Beaded Beaded gaskets provide an extra seal by adding a bead of nitrile or silicone to ensure better pressure between bolt spans.

Edge Molded Rubber Edge Molded Rubber gaskets are for higher end applications where a failsafe seal is required. These gaskets have a metal carrier that significantly increases the strength and durability of the gaskets.

Metal Used in high temperature applications, metal gaskets can be made from a variety of materials such as graphite, stainless steel, and rubber-coated metal. These gaskets can also be embossed for added sealability.

Rubber Edge Composite Rubber edge composite gaskets (Select-a-Seal) have an inner layer of latex material that can seal in low-pressure situations.

Composite Materials on Metal Core On-core gaskets provide extra strength to a fiber or other gasket.

Pressure Sensitive Adhesive/Hot Melt Gaskets can have a layer of pressure sensitive adhesive or hot melt on one or both sides to ease in assembly. Depending on the product, this may also increase sealability.

Specialty HGC also provides customers with custom gaskets. These gaskets may have special filters or customized coatings. The possibilities are endless.
